    bruised

I just injected and noticed that there was a little bruise on one side of my glutes. I injected in the bruise, although didnt realize till after. I aspirtated as well. Are the AS bruising my glutes? And should I be ok if I injected there?

injecting will bruise - especially if you hit a vein. the damaged vein will bleed into your muscle and skin tissue a little and create a larger bruise.

you will probably be fine injecting into a bruise unless the bruise is sign of an underlying problem.

I think he means if the bruise was caused by something else... personally I stick to my quads...much easier to see and no chance of hitting a bruise...

i wouldn't worry about it too much bud, if you had underlying problems then i'm sure you'd know about it.

there are medical problems that cause and/or increase the likelyhood of bruising, like vitamin deficiency or bloodclotting problems. if you had such problems then it wouldn't be a good idea to stick needles in yourself.
