First-Timer Needs Advice ...HELP!

I'm a first-timer looking to take the plunge and do a simple cycle to get my feet wet. I have been researching for weeks and have concluded that DECA and/or SUST may be right for me. MY main concern is with side effects, primarily HAIR LOSS. I have thinning hair as it is and would like to keep what I have left for a while (not to mention, I'm 35 years old and don't want to punish my body too much).

8-12 week cycle of DECA?
8 week cycle of SUST?
8 week cycle of both?

I'm looking for respectable, long lasting results with minimal side effects (though I could live with the increased libido and frequent erections, hahahahaha!!!)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Do this-

Week 1-4: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Week 1-8: 250mg Test Enanth
Post Cycle, Clomid Pyramid and Nolvs on hand in case your prown to gyno.

Being 35, your test levels are low as it is. This cycle is somewhat light, but should do wonders for you. If your not comfortable with EOD injections with prop, use dBol, even though Im a strong anti-dBol kinda guy.

I agree, I only think you should run sust if you are comfortable running about 750mg a week of test. Otherwise stick to a En/Cyp/ maybe even Prop (not really for beginners with the ED inject and keeping levels even)

My stats are as follows:

- 5'-11"
- 240 lbs
- solid frame (need to loose the 'ol lovehandles though)
- not an athlete or bodybuilder ...just looking to get some guns to impress the chicks

If that worried you could always pick up some propecia... take 1/2 tab EOD (I think)...there are posts about doing this to reduce the hair loss prob.

1-10 EQ 400 mg a week
1-10 Test Enth 500 mg a week

and cardio for those lovehandles.

thats a very basic, good beginner cycle. eq is like deca with less bloat for you bro.

Since its your first cycle I would recommend trying Primobolan and a test
Primo is very safe and its easy to keep gains made with it.
Most guys dot use it to bulk since its not very androgenic but since its your first cycle you might get good results.
Primo is awesome for lack of side effects

primo is hard to find and very expensive.

Cajones is right dude. Try and find primo, you might not be able to.
I still cannot get it. Maybe cause I live in canada :) I dont know.
If you can find it, your first cycle might look something like this.
200mg Primo
400mg test
for 8-10 weeks
Some of the other guys who acutally have been able to get primo might be able to help you out more

Hey man, sorry the reply took so long.

Each kind of test possess slightly different characteristics. I use Cypionate just cause its super easy for me to get in my area. Do some research here on the board and on the AR web page I am sure you will get enough info to make the right decision. If you are gonna use Test, you should have an anti-estrogen some clomid and some HCG. I am taking a herb right now to actually block aromatase its cheap and it seems to be working, Its called Saw Palmetto. You might want to do some Clen after you come off your cycle cause it will limit the cortisol activity and help you keep those wonderfull gains.

i like test enthalate myself. run that with EQ. cheaper than primo, and it will make for a really good cycle IMO.

This is exactly the issue I am having right now. I posted awhile back that wanted to do another cycle since been about 4 years since did a d-bol only cycle. I want to limit myself to one shot a week since will be first injected cycle and dont want to feel like a human pin cushion. I was thinking either sust or some sort of test for 8-10 weeks along with some d-bol for the first 3-4 weeks.

Still unsure what other stuff will need for post cycle since hear and see so many different ideas
