I use 23g-1" on ALL my sites(delts,tri's,glutes, lats). Don't need larger guage IMO!
Well were do you want to inject? I took my first shot yesterday and i used a 23 gauge 3ml 1 1/2 and it when smoothly into my delt....
Depends where your shooting.
I use a 23 g 1 1/2 inch for glutes. A 23g 1inch for quads. A 23 g 1inch for delts (not going in all the way). 5/8 for bi's and tri's.
21g is alittle to big for my likeing though.
I don't have much fat either, so i use 23g 1" for ass/legs, 25g 5/8" for bis/tris/shoulders. No need to use 21g, too much trauma on the muscle.
I hit..
23g 1' on shoulders/Quads/Glute
23-25g 5/8 on Bi's/Tri's
25ga to keep scar tissue down plus you dont even feel it.
