Well, I'm not sure what exactly you're asking, but you can't just take test powder as is. You have to convert it to an injectible with a kit. If you already knew that I apologize. Why don't you make your question a bit clearer?

sorry...i guess it was unclear....what i was asking is how mny grams of powder would have to be mixed with oil to make ...say 50 mls??....

Depends on what concentration you wanted. Say you wanted 200mg/ml. 200mg X 50ml =10,000mg=10g
