first cycle help
weight - 187
height - 5'11
what i want is to gain muscle while losing fat. my currrent workout plan is mon-friday, 1 hour weight training followed by 20 cardio low intensity cardio, saturday 20 min high intensity cardio.
I need some help with how much to take and how long to cycle. and what to take for the most success.

18 years old. Training for year and a half. Body fat 13-14%.

Imo too young for AAS. Could gain more naturally also

Current diet
Meal 1 - 2 serving complex carb, 6 serving protein, 3 serving fat
Meal 2 - (post workout) 2 serving complex carb, 6 serving protein, 3 serving fat
Meal 3 - 1 serving fruit, 3 serving veggie, 6 serving protein, 3 serving fat
Meal 4 - 3 serving veggie, 6 serving protein, 3 serving fat
Meal 5 - 1 serving fruit, 3 serving veggie, 6 serving protein, 3 serving fat
Meal 6 - 3 serving veggie, 6 serving protein, 3 serving fat

Looking for advice as well
i have just started my first cycle as well. I am 36, 5' 11" and 195 lbs, been working out 4 days a week consistant for 2yrs now with no help. I have decided to try a cycle and was given,test e400 injectable, deca injectable and dianabol oral.
I take 1ml test and 1/2ml deca twice a week and dball 2 pills 10mg each daily.
I am hitting the gym still 4 days a week.
Any advice, does this sound okay?
