    test p cycle

    25yo
    5'10 220
    15%bf
    5th cycle

    i have been out for a while and have just began working out in the last few months. im tired of being out ofshape

    previous cycles were mainly test e/p 10-16 wks
    (teste 500mg/wk 10-12wks
    testp 70mg/day 16wks)

    test p 600mg wk for 12 wks
    considering dbol 30mg wk 4wks

    any suggestions for when to begin or critique the cycle are appreciated

    At 25 and wanting to run a 5th cycle I'm lost for words,dude you are setting yourself up for a lifetime trt not to mention erectile disfunction, depression and the list goes on.Please reconsider a cycle at this point and hit the gym hard and get your diet on point, you've only been back at it a couple of months....chill

    You really should get blood work done and make sure you're back before you think about cycling. Your cycle doesn't look bad but just make sure you're back to normal. Be safe, if you want to have kids and have a normal life it's better to be on the safe side.

    I'd stick with just the prop if you want to be in shape. If you are trying to gain more mass though, then keep the dbol . Those are the only two compounds I have experience with

    thanks for the responses.

    my last cycle was 3 years ago so i think id be back to to normal. guess it cant hurt to check with the doc. any other suggestions pertaining to the cycle?

    I'd give it some more time back in the gym.

    Build up as much as you can naturally before jumping on a cycle.
