first thing..why are you dropping your dosages of sust and deca from Sust 500mg/week to 250mg/week in week 8 and deca 200mg/week to 100mg/week. By dropping them off like this you will just be replacing the natural test that your body would have been producing on its own. Keep the levels up all through the cycle.

As for the winny. 2 weeks of winny a waste IMO. should be doing 6 weeks @ 50mg/ed.

As for the hcg ...don't really need it if you are running a short cycle like you have planned out here.

Make sure you keep the nolva on hand and clomid post cycle. But I would make some adjustments before starting this cycle. Just my .02

why run the sus and deca like that, what is the reason for tapering up and down. why not run the winny 3 weeks past your last shot then start clomid.
bump the deca to at least bare min. 300mg 1-10 or 12
run the sus eod or if it is your first cycle then go ahead and run it with shot mon,wed,fri. or fuck it mon and fri. but i suggest get regular test and just run some cyp or enanth at 400mg 1-10 or 12. run the proviron 25g/ed through whole cycle.

If you wanna run abombs run em for the first 4 weeks.
No need for HCG but if u wanna use it that's fine.

il run winstrol last 3 weeks but i dont want to get bloated alot from 12 weeks of deca and 12 weeks of sustanon and i dont have testesteron i just have sustanon and u think i should take clomide when i start winny?
and should i make 2 shots a week? its my second cycle am 84 kgs 180cm

i was just ssying split up the sus shots, I could go into a whole thing about sus and the half life of the ester but there is plenty of threads on this. go do a search. iron game had a good one, plenty of other ones.
worried about bloat run some a-dex or l-dex or proviron through whole cycle. If your going to do things might as well do them right and not half-ass

Run your nolva thoughout the entire cycle to help with the bloating You run your clomid post cycle after everything is finished..you start 3 weeks after you last injection tab what ever is last.

Clomid to be taken like this:
300mg day 1
100mg next 10 days
50mg last 10 days

And about the sust. Sust is test. As for the 2 shots a week..yes I would split it up into 2 shots a week. But again make sure you have this all put together properly before you jump in head first.

Winny weeks 10-14 @ 50mg/ed
For prevention of bloating run your nolva or get arimidex and run it entire cycle. This will aslo help with gyno.

IF you want to run the abombs..Mbarraso is right weeks 1-4.

30-40mg/ED split up evenly thoughout the day. Just remember you have 3 aromitising drugs there so you may want to run an anti-e the entire cycle, just to be on the safe side.

I perfer Arimidex over nolvadex if running it throughout the cycle. Stops the production of estrogen instead of just blocking the receptors like Nolvadex does.
