    vascularity

    i am on a deca and test prop cycle at the moment but just reading up now to start building a cutting cycle for after this one what would give me good vascularity i really like test prop so that will be the basis of the cycle but what would go well with that cheers guys

    8 week cycle of test prop 100mg eod and i started test prop 100mg eod and deca 200mg twice a week 11 days ago

    bro, at 200mg a week with deca it's a complete waste

    200mg is the bare minimum, I have never ran less than 400mg of deca .

    Ahh right so you think I should up the deca ? Should I up the test aswell or would that be ok I was only keeping the deca low cause it is my first deca cycle and wanted to see how my body reacted to it

    ok so today i have upped the deca to 200mg twice a week havent wasted much cause this was only my 4th jab of deca.so has anyone got a reply for the original q?

    for your 2nd cycle i'd say you have enough on your plate unless you wanted an oral at end to harden up but thats something you plan before you cycle

    no sorry mate i am reading up for my 3rd cycle for cutting i want to find out what would give me vascularity?yeah dont want anything else added to this one lol cheers

    vascularity = low body fat= DIET...

    lol its good but i do have a cheat day about 1 day out of 10 i know i should be more hard on myself i will post my diet up on the diet forum for critique later when i get home

    I would start there. I had a buddy put togther a diet for me end of april, loven the change... I had decent vascularity all ready but now that BF has dropped huge difference.
