I have started my 2nd cycle and want to know if it's OK?
I have done on week 1 just 250 Duratest. Week 2 I did 500 Duratest. Week 3 I did 500 Duratest. Should I go up week 5 & 6 to 750 Duratest?

I am only taking Duratest. I have 20 ml (viles)
I spread them like so
1>250
2>500
3>500
4>500
5>750
6>750
7>500
8>500
9>500
10>250
What do you guys think?

I don't like pyramiding so I would stay at 500 mg throughout the cycle. Do you have clomid for post cycle recovery?

I would stay at 500mg constant but instead of going with 750 in the end do it in the begining, this is called frontend loading and many prefer this method. It will help get you blood levels up to their full amounts much quicker. I think upping a dosage at the end will only make you crash harder. IMO. But dont tapper at the end, that is even more useless IMO.
