Injecting into Calves ?
I was at the doctors today and the nurse was talking to me about how she personally does not like injecting people so i asked are there any bodyparts you should absolutely not inject into ( like thats not obvious ) ?
She told me that calf muscles should be avoided at all times when doing IM Injections . I ve been wanting to try calf injections but im a bit nervous now ... any input on this from those who have injected in calves?
My calves are a decent size , theyre 18.5 - 19 inches and im 13% bodyfat .

Tried it a couple of times and it was painful both times. More painful than anywhere else. I opted not to try that again. I think that Delts, Quads, Glutes and Tri's are plenty of places to inject.

Yeah i'd probably inject traps before i'd do calfs. I prefer walking to be pain free.

I hear of people doing it .....but I am curious as to her reason why? Many people say do this or that but have no substantiated reasons for what they suggest. Sooooo.....you should ask her why. I think the answer would be interesting.

She'll probably say, because it's a small muscle group (so can't take a large volume of oil), and you're constantly going to be putting pressure on it (as opposed to, say, glutes, where most medical professionals seem to prefer to pin)

Between my butt and Thighs I dont see a reason. MAYBE if I was pinning every day but ever when I do 2x a week I dont have an issue of running out of places to pin.

What is he using because Test is not body part dependent. Maybe it's just placebo?
