    worst week ever

    dam i figured out what happened, i had the worst case of prop flu and at the same time i got food poisioned sh*t i lost 10lbs in 2 days didn't eat for 2 1/2 days feel like crap big time. just stated to eat a little more normal now, the weight lost real got to my head but trying to keep strong and not slack from here on.

    Yea , like palme said.....it'll come back quick , atleast that's what happens when I get sick and lose weight. Most of it is probably water from dehydration. Hope you feel better bro
