    d-bol = ouch???

Why does d-bol make my lower back hurt? I'm only one week into this cycle, and I'm already getting wicked lumbar cramps.

No more deadlifts for me until I'm off the orals.

I had the same problem and had assumed that it was due to the increase in water retention....maybe someone else has some ideas?

Alot of people experience painful lower back pumps while on D-bol.

Can't say I've heard any suggestions for how to make it go away tho..

This is something that concerns me for several reasons. I have two levels fused in my back , L-4 , L-5 , S-1 with rod's and screws. I have D-bol in my arsenal of gear for my next cycle , actually I had it in my last cycle but it was tt d-bol and it didn't effect me , I'm gonna use tia d-bol this time so maybe I will be ok again.

I've also been getting lower back pump from d-bol... painfull but not crippeling, but for me the real inconvenience was the nasty lower stomach area bloat I've been getting. I actually stopped the dbol 3 days early today because the bloat was getting too uncomfortable.

I was using 4 weeks of naps to kick start my test E/deca cycle. Might use daily or eod test c + fina next time around.

imo its the kidneys, a lot of my friends complain about the same thing, drink A LOT of water, this should help to ease the pain to some degree.

i get this too. it only occurs during training and can persist the next day. after a couple of days it's gone.

i got the cramps last night too and i've been off the dbol for a week or so.

I've gotten the same type of thing and I'm not even running dBol . I agree with houseofpain - I think it's partly kidney but I also think we put quite a strain on our lower backs when lifting really heavy. I know I've now gotten to where I have to sit down to do arm curls otherwise my back goes out just pulling up the weight....
