    Deca-Durabolin dosage

    I'm taking 8x 5mg of Dianabol per day and 400mg of Deca per week.

    My question is:

    Should I keep taking all 400mg of Deca on a Sunday or would it be more efficient it I took 200mg on a Sunday and the other 200mg on the Wednesday?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    it would probably be a little better to take it twice a wk; it would definitely be Much better to take some test with that cycle.

    Cheers for the quick replies.

    I'm still relatively new to steriods and want to take it slowly. Maybe try Test with the next cycle.

    Definately do the split, keeps blood levels at an even keel. I'm doing a deca cycle right now & I'm doing 200 Mon. and 200 Thursday. Getting awesome results so far.

    The split will be better, IMO. It will keep your blood levels more stable. BTW watch out for the Deca dick.

    i've did 2 lone deca cycles with no complaints.what is this deca dick thing i keep hearing about.
