i'm about to go to the local pharmacy and get some pins for my cycle. I thought i read somewhere on the board that you can't just go down to a pharmacy and buy them. Is this true??

Some pharmacists will try and bullshit you if they think you aren't a diabetic. They are legal to purchase OTC in many states. If not, there are several online pharmacies with express shipping, such as www.carecenter.com where you can get them in bulk, cheap.

i've got some friends that live in the island they just go to the pharmacy and tell the guy at the counter that they give their horses b12 shots. i think the only states that don't sell otc are california and illinois, for vet use only. just go online its much easier and cheaper.
