Small dose of Deca??

I started runnin 300mg of Deca p/w but stsrted retaining to much water. The question O have is if I reduce it to 150mg or even 100mg pw will that reduce the water I am holding. To fucked if I want to look like a blow fish and I really do not wantt o dump the shit down the toilet as I have about 8ml left!!

reducing your deca that low will probably get rid of the unwanted bloat but u wont gain anything off it either.. your better off throwing an anti-e in there like arimidex

Dude what are you doing, that is half of doing AS, is getting water bload, didnt you research before you did your cycle?? Dont drop down to that level of mg, that will do nothing for you, infact it will hinder your growth at that low level. You are going to gain water on Deca , even if you keep your diet clean. If you want to reduce this water bloat, get some liquidex or other anti e. Research bro,

Minimum dose for deca is 200 MG per week (IMO). This is enough to keep joint pain away if using deca + winny.

200mg or lower and you are basically just replacing what you have shutdown. Deca is very suppressive...

Diet is all right I eat lost of fish and chicken and have reduced my carb intake a little. As for how much water I can't really say but I don't feel as good as when I wa on Fina! Bring on the Fina! I am going to make some should I wait a while or go right into it guys?
