Spreading out shots??

Curious to know if I should spread out my shots throughout the week or do the whole vial at once? Exp: 250mg sust/wk; 150mg mon, 100mg thurs.Whatever the response should I treat this the same with the HCG ?

Not knowing anything about your cycle I'd first recommend you up the Sust to 500mg a week. Then, to take advantage of the prop in it, split it into 3 shots M/W/F... Works for me.
