Deca or Winnie?

i finished my 6week cycle of dbol /deca almost two months ago, and i havn't lost a pound since i stopped. In fact, due to my excellant eating habits and almost total lack of cardio i've actually gained 5 lbs since i've been off it....My qestion is, would 600mg/week of deca be a sufficient doage to ensure that i would lose little or no muscle mass while trying to cut up? Or would WV injections be more suitable for this goal, and in what dosage?

id say go wit da winny,deca makes you(me) get that watery look ,so it must make you hold water.im gonna cut with a cycle of winny tabs prop tren anavar this may,first im gonna bulk again tho with omna,dbol ,tren.

hmmm, i dunno....i was under the impression that deca caude very little water retention....also, if u get winnie in tab form, u gotta swallow shitloads each day = swiss cheese liver

Here you go bro...

400 mg of deca a week for 10 weeks.
50 mg of winnie everyday for weeks 4-9. 50mg tabs exist.
800 mg of milk thistle every day throughout.
50/100/50 clomid 3 weeks after last deca shot.
Adjust your diet to your specific goals.

i thought you was talkin injects,but anywho,thats what silymarin is for,and maybe the deca did that for me ,and its diff for everybody,but if given the choice,id take the winny,eh take it or leave it.

Winny tabs and the injects are both 17a alkylated so both are equally hard on your liver and equally effective so..........................
