1st cycle- help please

I am looking to begin a cycle, but need to direction in what direction to head. I'm looking to gain 15-20 pounds, in which I can keep the majority, would like to keep water retention fairly low, and IF POSSIBLE, other sides as well.

I'm 6'1, 250 pounds, 10% BF(measured by underwater weigh), have trained hard for about 12 years. I'm a virgin/newbie in this arena. This is a great site to learn from, and from what I have been reading I know I'd start with about 400 Deca a week for 8-10 weeks. I'll use Clomid at the end as well. If I were to stack with Deca, I know I have options, but considering what I have posted, what would some opinions be.

Also, a second question would be, after my stack and I'm sitting at a packed 265-270, how long would I need to wait to do clen to cut up. Ideally I'd like to come in at a shredded 250-255(7% BF) when all is said and done.

You need test in any cycle IMO.
So look at something like
Test,Eq,Winny. That would probaby give u what your looking for.
Or if u want alittle more mass u could go w/ Test,Eq, D-bol.
Week 1-10 Test 500mgs
Week 1-10 Eq 400mgs
Week 8-12 winnny 50mgs ed
Clomid

You'll need to have nolvedex on hand incase u get gyno.
Get some milkthissle for when ur on the Winny.
If u want some more mass u could go w/:
Week 1-4 d-bol 35mgs ed
Week 1-10 Test 500mgs
Week 1-10 Eq 400mgs
Clomid 2 weeks out.

so you would not advise going with deca in my first run?

bro he set up some good cycles for you...you can if you want swap the deca for the eq...and run the deca at 300mg or 400mg....but if you want less water retention than go with the eq...Madmax...

you said you wanted to keep water retention low as possible so EQ would be your best bet..
