Protein?

I know most questions are about juice but I thought I would ask the more experienced what Protein (Company/Type) do you recommend as an after workout Protein and what do you recommend as a before bed protein (Company/Type).

go to www.proteinfactory.com. You can buy bags of pure protein by the pound. I sugest whey for before and after workouts and cassein for the night.

I agree, but also becareful not to try and save that last $10 by buying shit. i got some generic whey one time and it would barely mix with a blender let alone trying to shake it.
