i am going to start taking test 400 and deca 200. my question is...should i take .5 ml of the test 2 times a week or 1ml once a week and how long should i wait to start. i was on testosterona 200 at 200mg a week last shot was 3 days ago.

First off, time off = time on..... Next split your dosage will give you more even blood levels, so it is better.

i would also bump the deca up to 400mg IMO....web

bro it doesnt matter that much if you break it up but either way you will be having 2 shots a week since u need 1cc of test and 2cc of deca a week and more than likely you wont be takeing 3cc's at one time.
so you might as well break it up and take .5cc of test and 1cc of deca 2 times a week.
