Final critique on cycle

I've posted a couple of times with questions and recieved good answers, so this is my final decision ( i think)I'm already in week # 6 so I can't change the first 6 weeks. Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.


Weeks 1-12 = Deca 400 mgs
Weeks 5-13 = Prop 100 mgs EOD
Weeks 11-15= Winny 100 mgs EOD
Weeks 5&6, 11&12, 15&16 = Clen (ramping to 120 mcg )
Weeks 5-7 , 13-15 = T3 (cynomel) (ramping to 75 mcg, with taper down)
Start clomid 2 days after last winny shot

the reason for the T3 in middle of cycle is to help with protein synthesis & at the end for cutting.The clen should have been started on weeks 7&8, but I thought i was going to do a 10 week cycle, then i changed my mind , but not till it was to late.

Stats= 26, 6'3" started cycle at 238 now up to 255, around 14-15 % BF?
I want to add LBM and cut some fat

I would have started with some form of Test from the start. However, i is to late for that if you are already in week 6.

Other than that, Looks solid.

What kind of results have you had so far?

Are you running anything for water retention?

Not running anything for h2o retention, but that is actually a question of mine! what could i start in the middle of this cycle to help with retention and bloating? i was thinking l-dex? I started to run nolvadex but I'm worried it would hamper my gains. I'm going to start B-6 , just as a preventative measure with the deca .

Also , If I get my hands on some proviron , can I add it towards the end of my cycle with the winny???

Hey bro, no dont add the proviron . If u wanted to run it u should have started from the begining. I run 20mgs of Nolvadex throughout all my cycles. IMO id rather be safe then gyno sorry. The gains u lose are minimal. If ur worried id run either the nolv or liquidex.

SO with the cycle above,I should go ahead and add nolvadex then? 20 mgs a day, until the last shot of Prop?

Hey bro, i would. I would also run it post cycle with clomid to prevent any estrogen rebounding.

Hey bro , I was just wondering why you don't replace the nolvadex you run every cycle with liquidex or letrozole ? There both good anti-e's but the dex would dry you up better than nolva.

To be honest bro i had better results running the Nolvadex over Amiridex.
