Bro, you really should read the educational forums. Here is something to get ya started...

half life is 3-4 hours so take pills accordingly.
dbol will hit you fast but most is water not muscle. when you end dbol youll loose most of what you gained. most use it as a kickstart for long acting esters so your not wating 5 weeks for gear to kick in.

Dbol is great stuff too. But only use it at the begining to kickstart it like symatech said. Good luck.
