Question Do AS help you at the workplace?

I know this is pointless, but I'm curious how many out there find it beneficial at work to be on AS.

Thanks Daem, I have to agree. Besides the physical bonus, I also have more energy and a better mental outlook at work.

I throw around some pretty heavy steel at work so it really helps me out on the heavy work load.

I think anytime you are physically fit and exude self confidence it helps you in almost any career. I just got back from a conference and had many people I didn't know strike up conversations with me about working out and even though it was obvious they were not interested in going through the commitment it takes they are fascinated by someone who does live that lifestyle. I have also found that people rarely forget your name even in brief encounters which is usually a good thing.
