1rst Cycle for the X-President....!

Citizens (bobybuilders) of the world...i want your opinion (please...only constructive input..please).

I am about to try my first cycle and wanted your input....i am 45yrs old...been training 20+yrs. 200lbs with 15% body fat.

wk 1-8: Cypionate 200mg week
wk 1-8: Novadex 20mg ed
wk 1-8: Letro 2.5mg ed
wk 1-8: Clenbutrol 25mg ed

I am looking to tighten up and gain some muscle (not looking to enter the Mr.O this year).

Your constructive input is appreciated....

id run the test for 12 weeks

I'd say you need to run the test at at leat 400mg a week to see good results. Same goes for the clen . 60mg a day is better, in 3 doses of 20mg.

I'd like to see the Cyp ran both a little bit longer and higher. Possibly 400-500mgs EW for 10 weeks.

Can't tell you a clen dose b/c that will vary on the individual. I cant tolerate over 80mcg and some people I know go well over 120mcg up to 200mcg. So that you will have to find out for yourself. Personally a safe effective range would be anywhere from 60-120mcg.

Dont see a reason to run the Nolv and letro with this cycle. The letro should be enough then use the Nolva in PCT.

test cyp, you may not notice at full strength until 5 weeks. I would do like jayhova said 10 weeks and if you get there and feel great go to 12.
