    Is my cycle doing ok so far????

    ok guys here goes...My last shot of the fourth week is tomorrow. Im thinking i should have seen some kind of mass gains? but i really havnt seen much. In strength I have seen plenty(very happy). Do you guys think i should increase the dosage to 750 a week? M W F ? or is it too late...

    My cycle(second cycle):
    deca 300 week 1-10
    sust 500 1-10

    200deca+250 sust on Monday
    100deca+250 sust thursday

    stats
    weight= 180
    height 5'9
    bf% about 13

    well, except for the PROP in the sust (which aint much) you wont feel your deca or sust prolly till week 5. hang in there. are you eating enough? getting proper sleep?

    im eating perfect and getting plenty of sleep. Now what do you think im looking to gain off this cycle?

    depends on your diet, training, rest, and genetics. id guess anywhere from 15-20 pounds. with about 2% bf added.

    what the diet like bro,what are you eating? to get big ya got to eat big bro.Im sure you have heard that a thousand times.your only in week 4 so I think there is plenty of growing time left.from what I have learned,I would just keep hitting the gym hard.I think your mass is right around the next turn bro.good luck to you.

    If you arent gaining mass even while gaining strength you very simply are not eating enough. Add another meal or MRP along with what you are eating now and you will start to gain. Keep your dose as is.

    Definetly. Diet is the key bro, also the training. Your cycle looks good so far. Be patient, you are in your fourth week, later in your fourth and beginning of your fifth, you should really start picking up with the Deca as well. Make sure you are getting a ton of protein and lots of sleep or else the muscles have no way of healing/growing
