    Angry gains stopping-3weeks left

    i am taking sust for 8 weeks, and dbol for the first two.

    so far i have gained about-about 20 pounds. i have been waving back between 18-20 pounds. is this all i'm going to gain????? my goal was 25 pounds? do u guys think 5 more is too much to ask?

    what can i do? or is this all i'm gonna gain?

    1st... EAT EAT EAT..
    2nd.. Extend it for 2 more weeks...
    3rd.. Next time run it with somthing else as well...
    4th.. Dbol for 1-4 would have helped out more

    what are your stats?

    Bro if you're unhappy with 20 pounds i think your goals may have been a little unrealistic to start with.

    Not only to keep your gains post cycle but to keep gaining now and later you have to readjust your diet (and training) to your knew weight. A 20lbs increase just bumped your BMI big time. Welcome to your next stage of the all mighty grocery bill...

    With 3 more weeks left it is very possible to gain 5-7 more lbs IMO....but it will probably be mostly water....eat ALOT and make it clean as possible, also do heavy reps in the gym, you want to "shock" your muscles when lifting.....try maxing out every workout (i assume you are bulking?)

    You have gained 20 pounds which is very impressive! You should be very happy with these gains.

    How is your diet so far? How much juice are you taking? I have heard that some people peak their gains one or two weeks before their cycle ends.

    oh i'm sorry, i meant d-bol the first 6 weeks

    i was taking 500mg sust per week, with 25-35mg dbol , after i'm taking clomid.ok thanks guys, i guess i'll up the food intake. and lift my ass off for the last 3. thanks

    bro not nessacarily...my objective was to gain 30lb's on my last cycle and i gained 35....i started at 190 and went to 225...now im 222 at 11% - 12%...and im 8 weeks out of my cycle......Madmax..

    Those are certainly impressive gains. My personal philosophy is to try to get reasonably sized keepable gains each cycle. If you're bodyfat stayed around the same though while you gained that much you're obviously doing something right.

    as you put on that 20 pounds, your body needs more cals to support that weight and put on more.

    the cals you were eating on a daily basis to reach the weight your at now...is not gonna be enough to put on another 5 more lbs....

    the more you grow the more you need to eat...simple as that
