I was curious about what any of y'alls workout schedules were like. I've heard that alot of people like to work each muscle group once a week.
Personally, I work each muscle group twice a week. I always like to lift heavy every time I go to the gym, too. I was just wondering what kind of schedules y'all like to workout with.
My workouts are as follows:
Mon. - chest, triceps, abs
Tues. - shoulders, back, forearms
Wed. - legs, calves, biceps, abs
Thurs. - chest, triceps, forearms
Fri. - shoulders, back, abs
Sat. - legs, calves, biceps, forearms
Sun. - Off
