I didnt use milk thistile while on winny but did use anit-es I wouldt do anything that will strain you liver while on winny

are you taking winstrol tabs? Injections??? Milkthistler would be good before you start the cycle and after the cycle... are you taking the winni with something else? some people take milk thistler while on a cycle as well... you can do that to

Winny is a 17aa anabolic which puts stress on the liver. Liver protectants should be used while taking any 17aa. I always supplement some milk thistle at 1000mg/ED when I cycle winny. You could also use ALA and glutamine. Anti-e s are not necessary for winny because is does not aromatize.

Last I heard winny doesn't aromatize, therefore you do not need an anti-e. That is why you dont get water bloat from it.

Definetly use the Milk Thistle. Go about 800-1000 mg daily.

Take 1000mg of milk thistle each day. I usually spread them out throughout the day.
