    Newbie - Questions about liquidex

    1) What is a good dosage per day and what's the best way to measure it out?

    2) Best way to take it? Inject into a gelcap and swallow?

    3) PNP good stuff or is RK better?

    1. .25mg - .5mg per day is good
    2. put it in a syrnge and swallow it, (take of the needle though)
    3. pnp is good, i just ordered some
