Im going to be starting a cycle of sust in a week. Can people who have had experience with it, or are knowledgable with it give me some ideas of a diet to use.. im lean now.. not wicked cut... but i want to gain weight and get more cut as i go... any suggestions??? thanks

what ur just hitting sust solo ???bro word of advice ,one or the otehr firt try to bulk and then cut ,also u picke dthe wrong as to try to lean out with.

Cycles are pretty much either bulk OR cut...if you try and do both you'll be half-assing it and lose the true benefits of AS.

As far as Sust - just split it up into 3 injects (M/W/F) and most recommendations are for 500mg weekly.

Lots of protein/carb drinks. in between. oh yeah echo what BIG N said. Don't cut and bulk it is an oxymoron

IMO , any cycle can become a cutting or bulking by the way you eat.
