I think when you type in the words "protein" & "creatine " they get highlighted so you can click on them and go right to the sports nutrition site on this board. Dude your to young to even being be doing AS, you were born in 84' WTF?? You still have a ton on genetic potential to go. You asking how much protein?? damm this hows me your basic diet is not even in check than you asking how much deca and just deca!! come on now!! Do some research. Do you even have your anti's??? I am not even going to recommend a cycle to you or tell you to get more gear!! First you need to get on with a solid diet and train hard under this diet and grow some more. Sorry not to be giving your cycel advice or if what I am saying doesnt pleasent your ears but even if you do AS and your diet is not right your not going to benefit from it anyways!! your 5'9 223lbs how much of the is lbm??? thast alot of weight bro not to flame but 2 years training exp. and you asking how much protein?? If that all soild and your like 10%bf and very lean??? humm??? I really am at a lost for words!
