    workout schedules?

    I was curious about what any of y'alls workout schedules were like. I've heard that alot of people like to work each muscle group once a week.
    Personally, I work each muscle group twice a week. I always like to lift heavy every time I go to the gym, too. I was just wondering what kind of schedules y'all like to workout with.

    My workouts are as follows:

    Mon. - chest, triceps, abs
    Tues. - shoulders, back, forearms
    Wed. - legs, calves, biceps, abs
    Thurs. - chest, triceps, forearms
    Fri. - shoulders, back, abs
    Sat. - legs, calves, biceps, forearms
    Sun. - Off

    Mon. Bi's & Tri's
    Tues. Back
    Wed. Chest
    Thurs. Shoulders
    Friday Legs

    I'll usually do a one on one off or two on one off or three on one off. I like to mix it up as well as changing my excersises every two months to keep the muscle confused.

    Wow.. that is a full plate. Personally my body wouldn't be able to handle that kind of abuse unless I was on mad gear. Personally I am pretty strict with the the 2 days on, 1 day off split..
    Sometimes I might do 1 day on, 1 day off. I need the rest days because I train like a madman when I am in there.

    everybody tells me mine's wack but it seems to be the only way i make progress....

    mon..chest tris quads
    wed..shoulders forearms calves
    friday..back bis hamies

    dunno, i've tried workin my legs all one day, can't seem to train my hammies enough that way.

    tues back bi's obliques
    wed legs abs
    thus shoulders traps obliques
    fri forearms calves abs
    sat lower back (hyper extensions) obliques
    sun off

    My workout routine varies every couple of weeks.. I like to change it up
