from what i have heard, clen raises your metabolism by 10% and an ECA raises metabolism by 3%, you do the math, as far as how much you take, i am going to start soon and i will go 2wks on/ 2wk off, working my way up to 120mcg per day
I took liquid clen 'Ventipulmin' and lost 20-30 lbs. My diet was too strict and i sacrificed muscle as well, live and learn.
In how much time you have lost those pounds?

How much you lose will be based on many different things, your diet (mainly), cardio, and then the clen and how your body reacts to it. You will get out how much you put in.
Pain
don't ever get oxyflux that shit sucks. i had to take 8 pills a day to get it to work and gave me migrane. spiro on the other hand rocks only took like 4-6 a day and got great results. did mornin cardio with those for 2 weeks and got ripped. prob lost about 10lb of fat and kept every bit of muscle. stay strict after though or you will lose what you have accomplished.
i didnt lose a dang pound because of clen.
every pound i lost and will lose came from that freaking treadmill, a clean diet and a good weightlifting program.
personally i would rather take eca then clen, i get much bettter results but thats just me.
considering your last post and how you reacted and responded< I suggest that the board gives you diet advice and not advice on running supplements such as clen. Your a walking time bomb my friend, I am trying to care about your health and your not--so what am I to do??. Sorry bro no flame but I think your best bet is to learn, study, and practice dieting, not to do AS, take supplemts and not care about the risks invloved. Good luck on your research!!!:hello:Quote:
