New to roids
Hey all im totally new to taking anything aside from Whey protein. But a couple of my friends have used stuff and I have seen huge results. I dont really want any side effects and i dont want to get big at all i only want to get up to like 185. So someone told me to get Dianabol and take 1 pill a day for the first 2 weeks then move up to 2 pills and every 2 weeks move up a little. I am currently 6,1 175, 18 yrs old. I have heard that dianabol is really bad for u though, but my friend told me i wont suffer any side effects taking such small amounts. Is this the way to go? Please let me know

I think you'll find man that people are going to point you over to the educational thread before you post cycle q's. also, i can almost guarentee 99% of people on this board will tell you to wait a few years to let your body finish growing naturally and lessen the risk of some hormonal screwups. that said, i am not one for a dbol only cycle. most use it as a kickstart for weeks 1-4 during a stacked cycle.

You really don't need gear if you're only looking for 10 pounds bro... just up your calories and you'll get there easily- especially at your height.

oh boy...
1)stick to your protein! If 10 lbs is all you want you DO NOT need AAS
2)at 18yo you are too young. you will throw your hormones off balance.
3)Do some research, dbol only cycle is not a good idea.
4)most of what you gain with dbol only you will loose. best to stack it with a test.
5)DBol is bad for you. all roids are. dbol, being 17aa passes through your liver twice making it more toxic to your body.
6)here are a few things you should read up on. CLOMID, Main Drug Profiles at http://www.anabolicreview.com/main.php . look under drug profiles. Search for DBOL and youll also see that the dose you have set out is no good at all. 1 pill, 2 pills etc. dont forget that there are multiple labs which produce pills of different mg.

Alright thanks alot for your feedback. How do you guys feel about creatine? and what do all of you consider the best Whey Protein?

For the price I like Optimum Nutrion's whey. Cell Tech is the best creatine. You will easily get 10 pounds at 18 by eating like a horse, training hard and taking LEGAL supplements.

when i first started lifting i used pro performance creatine from GNC and i saw "great" well what i thought was great results......web

Oh yea, take the Bros advice and wait on the AAS.
At your age your test is sky high. To gain 10lbs, eat a big breakfast, have snack, lunch, snack, dinner and before you go to bed have a glass of milk and a PBJ. Make sure all those meals and snacks have plenty or protien. Get plenty of rest and train smart (don't over do it) and you'll have your 10lbs.

another good thing to try might be super heavy weight gainer....that stuff will put it on ya....and oddly it tastes really good too

I heard creatine was really bad for you since it makes ur muscles fill up with water? And are there any other legal supplements any of u recomend aside from Whey and Creatine?

lot of roids fill your muscles up with water just like that creatine. expecially the dbol !
