I have been reading that when using Deca (QV 300) that you need to take in high amounts of calories and proteins. I am ok with the protein part but I am dieting and really dont want the calories. According to my readings Deca wont be affectvie if not taken with high calories?
Any help would really be appreciated
Deca works mainly by increasing your nitrogen balance (an anabolic process) therefor to get the great gains it yeilds you must supply your body with an extra amount of protein to keep its nitrogen balance postive. Remember that if you are in a calorie reduced state your body will convert the protein to glycogen(sugars) and use it as energy, never letting the protein get to your muscles.
