2 weeks after clen! my log
hello guys, just a quick run through my info. started back training last may in the gym when i touched the scales at 290lbs. so my jounrny began with training mon to fri twice daily and one sat.. pior to 2 weeks ago i was down at 224lbs and after 2 weeks of clen and hard training i was tipping scales at 216lbs or so..
day 1&2 40mcg
day 3&4 80mcg
day 5,6,7,8 120mcg
day 9-12 160mcg
i didnt find the clen tabs i was on that strong to be honest as i didnt really get side effects.. mild headache and odd slight shake was about it.. the tabs i was on were in 40mcg form so that explains the ramp up.. im now off it for 2 weeks so will be interesting to see what my weight is before i start back in next cycle of clen. i did notice my body getting tightier after the weeks so it must have worked.
think ill run it 4 times for the 2weeks on/of and then maybe start a cycle of test E, mast, and sarams what do ye think about this??!
it will be my first AAS experience as i wouldnt really count clen as AAS.. i dont really wanna start taking ASS until i get down the bf abit more. would any of the ASS im think about starting be good for also helping with cutting or cardio??

body fat is 14% Cro.. pity i didnt get it checked last may when i started back training... am loving the new shape im getting in. i wanna get down as low as i can before starting the AAS as i wanna do it properly.. so trying to figure out what to start first.. test E i think anyway but also something to help me keep my fitness up as i wont drop the cardio!
