Sarms S4 vs Everything Else

Everything else being conventional roids/injectables/etc... How does S4 rate against all of it on a scale from 1 to 10?

Rating the fat loss from 1 to 10
Lean Muscle gains from 1 to 10
etc... I'm a noob and thinking about starting off with S4. From what I've read it's got quite a bit of positive feedback on many forums. I thought I'd ask everyone here first though for a second opinion on it. Please don't flame me for ignorance I came here to learn.

Heard some very good experie4nces with sarms , there is a specific sarms section with lots of personal experience and great logs. Lots of useful info there.

Sorry I realize there is another forum for Sarms but this is more directed at the steroid community in hopes to find someone who has insight on both Sarms and multiple gear useage.
