Bros need your advice

Hey bros I'm almost ready to start my first cycle:

1-10 sust 500
1-12 deca 300
nolvadex/proviron on hand
clomid therapy to follow


I'm 24, 6'0", 180, bf approx 10-12%.
Been working out for about 4yrs.

My goal is to add about 20lbs while lowering bf to 8-9%.


Some questions:

1. In your opinion/experience, am I ok with sust for my 1st cycle? I've read about the benefits of str8 test vs. sust but I've got the sust on hand...so if I can go with it'd be easier...

2. Re the frequency of sust injections...is 3 times a week about right? Mon Wed Fri ok? Or should I go EOD?

3. How often do I need to shoot the deca? As often as the sust or just once per week? Should I shoot it with the sust in the same needle or does it not matter? And is it better to run the deca 2 wks after the sust is done or end at same time?

4. Is the best time to start the clomid 3 wks after last shot with sust? I've heard some people say 3 wks for str8 test but I'm not sure for sust. Is a 3-wk run of clomid ok (wks 14-16)?

5. Do I need to add dbol to achieve my goals? Or will I be OK without it?

I would definately start the cycle with d-bol, weeks 1-4 at 30mg ed, iwould up the sust to 600 a week and shoot it 3 times a week(mon, wed, fri), up the deca to 400mg a week and hit it in the same pin on monday and friday. good luck!!

I personally think you'd like Eq much better then deca, especially w/ the summer coming up. You have a lean build, and Eq will compliment you nicely.
So I think you should use Eq @ 400mgs per week for 10 or 12 weeks.
Sus will be fine running it @ 500mgs, but if you can frontload it @ 750mgs for the first 2 weeks.
Bulking and cutting at the same time is very hard to do. If you want more mass then obviously go w/ Deca but if you want lean quality gains then go w/ Eq.
And yeah u can shoot sus and deca or eq in the same needle.

MB got it right. i would use EQ with your stats/goals. also, dbol would be a good addition, even better would be some test prop weeks 1-4.

While I think EQ is a milder drug if you want to bulk I am still partial to Deca personally. I think you will be happy either way and like MB said if you want to look leaner for the summer EQ would be the better choice. You should shoot SUS at least three times a week and I would shoot the Deca/EQ twice a week. You can mix them in with the sus injections. Start clomid three weeks after your last sus/deca (EQ) shot. Dbol is not necessary but is a nice kickstart to a cycle.
