    3rd cycle - dbol/sust/eq

    starting to plan third cycle. previous 2 looked like this:

    1. (2 summers ago) Deca 200mg/wk - 10 weeks
    Winstrol - 50/mg eod - 10 weeks

    Results: 10-15 lbs solid muscle gain, mostly loss due to no clomid
    Some gyno from deca

    2. (Last summer) Test enanthate 500mg/wk - 10 weeks
    Femara eod starting week 4
    Clomid post cycle
    No real sides

    Results: 10 lbs solid muscle gain - all kept


    Current stats:

    6'1
    185lb
    12%bf
    Chest: 42.5"
    Waist: 34"
    Bi's: 15"
    20 and a half years old
    6.5 years training experience
    bench max: 225lbs for 13-15 reps

    Tentative third cycle ( to be started this summer )
    Weeks 1-3 Dbol 25mg/day
    Weeks 1-8 Sustanon 750mg/wk
    Weeks 1-8 EQ 300mg/wk

    Femara and clomid on hand.

    At 6'1 185 im somewhat lanky, but have a very solid well defined base. I do not gain much wen im off the juice, but i seem to be able to maintains the gains as seen from my last cycle. Im trying to add solid mass while dropping some bf, maybe get up near 210lbs and lower bodyfat a bit.

    Any sugestions or comments would help alot, thanks guys

    If your not gaining when your off then your not eating right. When your off u should eat like you do when your on a cycle.
    This cycle would be better.
    Week 1-4 D-bol 35mgs ed
    Week 1-11 Sus 500mgs (frontload 750 a week for the first 2 weeks)
    Week 1-12 Eq 400mgs
    Clomid
    Keep your cals up around 4000 and your protein intake high around 250-300 grams per day.
