I have completed my first cycle end of last year my stats are as follows:

1.74m Tall
82kg
12%BF
4 years training

I would like to start my 2nd cycle in April, would love to get some advice from you guy's.
I want to put on some more mass but main goal is to get fuller and much harder so I was planing on doing the following cycle.

week 1-4 anabol (6tabs/ed)
week 1-8 EQ (300mg/w)
week 1-8 Prop (100mg/eod)
week 6-10 Winnie(50mg/ed)

I would like some opinions on this cycle, my 1st clyle I did was
Sus@500mg/w and Deca@200mg/w for 8 weeks.
I went from 76kg to 86kg kept 6kg solid I also used nolvadex throughout my cycle because my nipples started getting saw around week 3 but all went well after using Nolva.
I finished off using clomid.

Oh well might as well give myself a Bump.

the eq should be ran 10 weeks min to see its best effects ,but.....and the prop ruun it for 11 weeks the same as the winny it takes 21 days for eq to metabolise out of your system .other then that looks pretty good .
