    winny...

    am thinking of drinking winny before work out with mango juice + whey protien+ creatine + glutamine would it be good??

    am 86kgs gained 4 pounds in 4 days

    am taking

    20mg russian dbol a day
    500test enant 8weeks
    10weeks deca 300mg
    8-12 50mg winstrol ed

    my diet is

    wake up at 6:45 am
    meal 1
    cornflakes with milk + 22grams whey protien 4grams glutamin orange juice + vit C 1gram

    10:15am
    meal2
    2 turky sandwich 1 juice 3 tabs amino acids every tabe 2.2g

    1pm
    meal3
    22grams whey + juice + banana + apple

    1:30-3:20 taking a nap

    3:30pm
    meal 4
    protien= meat or fish or chicken
    carbs= rice
    salad
    juice vit C 1 gram

    6:20pm
    meal5
    22gramswhey + 5 grams creatine + 4.5 grams glutamine

    7:40
    3tabs amino + banana

    8pm
    work out


    9:20
    juice 22grams whey 5grams creatine 4.5 glutamine 3 whole egs


    10:30
    tuna 22 grams whey + vitamin E

    11:30 sleepzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

    I always take my winny appr. 30 min. prior to lifting with 8oz. grapefruit juice. The juice aides with absorbtion. Got great pumps. Adding some creatine and glutamine....hhhmmmmm.....sounds like a good idea.
