Dominican Republic(DR)-Legal(OTC) or not?

Can anabolics be legally purchased in the Dominican Republic still? I know there is an old list circulating that list the diffrent countries in the world and there status regarding anabolics. I need something current as I keep getting conflicting answers from tourists. Some say it's legal others say it is now controlled. Just want to get a clear answer or be lead in the right direction.
