    New member giving thanks

    I am new to posting on the site but have put in over a year of studying the posts on AR. This site has it all, thanks for the info and thanks to those who keep it going strong. I look forward to adding some helpful advice to others as a new member.

    The welcomes are much appreciated!

    I did lurk quite a bit but I just did not feel I had much to share when I first found the site (pretty bad shape). In my opinion I owe about 30 pounds of muscle to this site so I am ready to give back with some knowledge that I gained along the way.
