    working out after shot

    if i did a bicept shot this morning, could i work out bicepts that evening??

    absolutely. Unless you are too sore. Other than that there is no problem.

    yea it helps in it diperse ,so tommorw u wont be sore ,when id take 3 ccs of sust in the delt ,id go do shoulders and it helped

    bingo, how f in cool. always hit in glutes. tried quads for the first time last week, now bis, cant wait for the PUMP!!!!!!thanks again

    Like everyone has said, when you lift after a shot it distrubtes the juice throughout the muscle.
