    need some advice with 3rd cycle

    i have been training for 8 years im 26 5,11 im 186 at 14% bf i want to get to around 200 or 205 at 9%bf or 8 this will be my 3rd cycle first 2 were test e at 500mg a week and anadrol 50 for first 4 weeks 50 mg a day.

    this time i plan on running a 12 week cycle test Enanthate 750 mg a week, hcg 500 iu a week for whole cycle and clen with my pct. pct will be 4 weeks of nolva 40,40,40,40 and clomid 100, 100, 50, 50. i will inject 2 times a week monday and thursday also same days with hcg.

    my question is what else can i add to gain some lean muscle and some more strength like i said i have only used test befor what would be a good choice i would really appreciate any advice to help me reach my goal. also if what i have planned so far is good or should i change something around

    my training and diet is as follows

    MONDAY - Chest and Biceps
    Do four sets of ten:

    Peck Decks
    15-Degree-Incline dumbbell press
    Barbell bench press
    Dips
    Barbell Curl
    Dumbbell Curl
    Reverse Bar Curl


    TUESDAY - Legs!
    Four sets of 10-15 reps

    Squats
    Leg Extensions
    Leg Press
    Walking Lunges (just 3 long sets)

    4 sets of 15:
    Standing calf raise
    Seated calf raise



    THURSDAY - Triceps and Back

    (Sets) Vary, Reps 10-15:
    pull up 50 reps
    Front Pull-down (3)
    One-arm row (4)
    Wide-grip seated row (3)

    10 reps / (set):
    Lying triceps extension (3)
    Triceps pushdown (3)
    V-bar triceps push down (3)
    Reverse triceps extension (3)


    FRIDAY - Shoulders and Hamstrings

    10 reps / (set):

    Dumbbell shrugs (4)
    Barbell shrugs (2)
    Dumbbell seated military press (4)
    Lateral raise (3)
    Front raise (3)
    Reverse Fly (3)
    Lying hamstring curl (3)
    One-leg Hamstring curl (3)
    Straight-leg deadlift (4)

    diet
    730 coffe black
    1 scoop protein powder

    2 scoops protine
    a banana

    Check your diet at the diet section. Tren would be a good combination with test but getting to 9% bf is not about steroid , its all your diet.

    k i will check my diet but how should i run the tren and should i run acetate ot tren enanthate and how much of it never used the stuff be4.
