I was talking with a guy at the gym (friend of a friend type situation) and he was telling me how bad it is to cycle on and off because it screws up your natural test levels permantly. In my own research, I've found its best to use the time on=time off theory. What do you guys think...which is the better idea? Constant cycling or the time on=time off philosophy?

Well if you don't cycle on and off you are either going to stay on indefinitely or never go on at all? Sounds like he's justifying not taking time off the sauce if you ask me.
How much more f'ed up can you make your natural test level then complete shutdown all the time. Don't listen to friends of friends.

time on=time off philosophy. your friend of friend has it all backwards..
just ask flex wheeler his experience with long a.s use.now he has to be on test. teraphy he can not produce enough test of his own because of his prelonged a.s use.dont listen to your freind with time he will probally screw up his systeem with his crazy ideas.
