1st cycle sus and deca

1st cycle deca , sus
This is my first cycle
im 6'3
205lbs
i am going to be doing 2 shots a week for 10 weeks
250mg of sus and 100mg of deca for the first shot
then 200mg of deca for the second

is this a good cycle?

i also have nolvadex and clomid.. im not to sure when i should start taking either of them

not really familiar with sustanon but from the little i do know i didn't think you had to inject it that often? maybe someone else can provide some input on this...i also just made a thread dedicated to sustanon to further my knowledge in it so I would really appreciate it if you update us with info about your gains and sides, how you feel, etc. throughout the cycle.

The way I read your cycle you will be running 250mg of sust by injecting it once per week and running 300mg of deca , 100mg with the sust then 200mg in a separate shot later in the week?

Not a good cycle in my opinion. Deca will completely shut down your bodies production of natural test so you usually want to run a greater amount of test (of whatever kind) than Deca to keep you sexlife in play. Also you want to run your test for 2 weeks after you last deca injection for the same reason.

Putting all that aside Deca is a very harsh compound and not a good choice for a first cycle at all. Just run the sust and save the Deca for a later day.

As far as when to start PCT the time to start is when the longest ester has mostly cleared your body, so about 12 days.

PS most run sust twice per wk so whatever dosage you want to run say 400mg just for the sake of argument run 200 twice per wk. this will be a good first cycle and allow you to see how your body reacts to test before you start adding a second compound.

Being this is your 1st cycle.You should run only 1 compound.That way if you have any problems.You know wat is causing it.Test eth or Cyp is the best to run on a 1st cycle.300 to 400 mgs.Sus has many different esters in it.Reall needs to be shot more than once a week.To keep blood levels stable.
