    Talking New Guy

    Let me introduce myself, I have 10 + years training experience, three off those years in Europe . I consider myself fairly knowledgable about AAS and BB contest prep but Iam always looking for more info.

    I have visited several boards in the past and the people on this board seem to be the most honest and knowledgable. I look forward to learning new info and hope I can offer help from this end.

    PS For all the Canadians, I was just in TO in may and trained at Monster Gym. Loved it, even though you guys have some crazy laws about supplements.

    Huh? As far as I'm concerned, the only banned supplements are the ones that don't work, like Andro. But welcome anyways!
