how much muscle can you gain off winny?

You could gain some.. But most people just use Winny at the end of their cycle to cut up and keep some gains... I suggest doing a search, some people have posted a Winny only cycle.. IMO I would run somthing with it though

i intend on running something with it. i would just like to know how much muscle i'll gain as a result of the winny.

well just winny alone might make you gain 5 solid pounds but you'll never really kmow what you gain from it if you run something else with it because it will harden that up as well..

Winstrol is not know as a bulking anabolic. Its probaly the most popular steroid in cutting cycles because of the hardness that it gives your muscles. Most gains off winny are solid and lean. As far as how much YOU'LL gain is really dependent on your training habits. Although you won't gain alot of mass, what you do gain is very keepable. Personally, I include winny in all my cycles because of the great pumps I get. Hoped this helped.

bro, winny is best used to maintain muscle while dieting, there is no huge benifit from runnning a winny only cycle..most gains are small and not very noticable as other cycles would be...Madmax..
