    Controlling Water Weight & Bloat

looking for some input on the best way(s) to control water weight and bloat while on a cycle of dbol and test e? I want to gain weight but I want it to be mostly lean mass and not a tonne of water weight that gives you that puffy, chubby look.

I've always wanted the extra bloat and water weight bc I'm naturally skinny and I like the feeling of being puffed up. I did take proviron for one cycle at 25 mg 2x a day. It definitely kept the water n bloat down. Muscles seemed much harder and "dense". Almost felt like I was doing a deca only cycle instead of testosterone . Proviron did that for me. It was counter productive towards what I wanted, so I won't do it again, but for keeping down water weight and bloat... it's A OK.

start by increasing your water intake, try an OTC diuretic, or herbal like dandelion root. If that dosen't do it Adex is good at keepin you dry

Have you triend dandelion root? More of a natural way to deal with bloating.

thanks guys...i like the idea of dandelion root...will definitely give that a try and have aromasin on hand in case it becomes a problem and dandelion root doesn't get the job done.

The less water you drink, the more your body feels the need to hold it, if there's a surplus your body will flush it more knowing more is coming

I hold a ton of water on higher doses of test! Even on .5mg arima/day. I use arima, lots of water intake, and cardio to sweat the water out. If its a cut, I will use arima EOD and nolva at 10mgs/day. Works amazing, and I feel doesn't inhibit my gains!

Adex and nolva don't work well together, they decrease each others efficiency, you should use aromasin instead.

What should you watch in your diet to limit the amount of water retention. I know to keep sodium levels down but what other tips do you have?

but don't forget to be careful of hyponatremia if you are doubling your water intake and decreasing your sodium!!!
